Member Spotlight Series: Jazmine Tirado’s Journey to Building Success & Breaking Barriers
Our Member Spotlight Series continues with Jazmine Tirado, the Vice President of K-Four Construction Corp. and the Co-Founder of K-Four Tirado Group.
Jazmine Tirado, born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, draws inspiration from her upbringing by a hardworking mother from Guatemala and a father who overcame adversity in the projects of Brooklyn. Early in her career, Jazmine wasn’t sure of her path until she took a job with a New York residential contractor at age 18. This experience, in a male-dominated industry, shaped her career and fueled her passion for breaking barriers and promoting inclusivity.
With 14 years of experience in the construction industry, Jazmine worked her way up from administrative assistant to Vice President at K-Four Construction Corp. She also serves on the boards of organizations like the Arthritis Foundation, National Association of Women Business Owners, and the National Association of Women in Construction, where she advocates for women in the industry. Following her father’s passing, Jazmine volunteers with Catholic Charities of Brooklyn and Queens, giving back to the community he cherished.
A woman of faith, Jazmine is guided by integrity, empathy, and continuous growth, both personally and professionally. Her greatest passion is motherhood, and her son inspires her to live by the values that have shaped her transformative journey.
Our Member Spotlight Series celebrates BRI members who are making an impact in their industries and driving positive change!
