The Westchester County Board of Legislators has passed a number of new requirements and regulations on the applications and admissions process for housing cooperatives in Westchester County.

BRI will be hosting two information sessions in July for co-op board members, managing agents, and other interested parties to get an overview of these new requirements, to share further information and clarification provided by the Human Rights Commission to assist in implementing the law, and to answer any questions you may have.

The two information sessions will be identical content — you can attend whichever one fits your schedule.

The presenters will be Tim Foley, the CEO of the BRI, and Daniel Finger, Esq. of Finger & Finger, A Professional Corporation.
