TOPIC: “How Landlords Are Continuing to Adapt to the Changes That COVID-19 Has Caused In the Westchester Rental Market” (Including the Eviction Moratoriums, the safe and secure operation of buildings, and making accommodations to keep good tenants during tough times)

Mr. Finger will review the various orders, the problems with the Courts, and what the AOAC/BRI have been trying to do to address them.
