Our featured speaker will be BRI’s Labor Counsel Matt Persanis, Esq. of Elefante & Persanis, LLP.
He’ll review the collective bargaining agreement with 32BJ SEIU, focusing on those issues that have come up the most often during the time of the public health emergency. We’ll discuss some unusual scenarios that are happening more frequently in these unusual times, and how co-op and condo boards can prepare for them!
