Join us for our April General Membership Meeting! Our topic will be:
“Commercial Real Estate Lending After Signature Bank: What’s Changing, What’s Staying the Same, and What You Should Know”
Please note our NEW START TIME for the networking reception of 5:00 PM. We’ll have a full hour of networking prior to the program.
The main program will begin at 6:00 PM.
Between rising interest rates and regulatory changes for rent-stabilized properties from the 2019 rent laws, property owners, multifamily apartment building owners, and cooperative and condominium boards have had many questions about their options as various mortgages and loans are projected to come due within the next few years, and other financing will be necessary for capital improvements. The failure of Signature Bank on March 10 was another source of concern. We’ll devote our April 20 General Membership Meeting to a panel discussion on what the Hudson Valley and Greater New York City market will look for commercial real estate lending in the short to medium term.
The panel will be moderate by the Associate Executive Director of the BRI and host of the WVOX Radio Show “Building Knowledge with the BRI,” Jeff Hanley
